Our background

The East Midlands Proteomics Workshop (EMPW) was originally established to create a network of investigators active in the proteomics area with a view to enhancing awareness of facilities available in the Midlands, disseminating specialist knowledge and information relating to proteomics technologies, highlighting examples of proteomics research and providing a forum to discuss research interactions.  It has expanded over the years to encompass a wider geographic area and organising committee, attracting national and international speakers and delegates. The meeting costs are covered entirely by commercial sponsors and their generosity allows us to organise this non-profit making annual event once again. In addition, EMPW is kindly underwritten by both the BSPR and BMSS.

For any queries please email: empworkshop2013@gmail.com  or angill@lincoln.ac.uk
* The meeting is free for academic delegates.  Sponsor fees available on request.
